Colchis Forge and our affiliated artists strive to provide fine artisan products and efficient customer service. If you are unhappy with an item purchased from our store, please let us know via the contact form linked above. If an item that is shipped from our store does not match it's description or if the item contains a flaw in it's construction, Colchis Forge offers refunds or store credit on returned items postmarked within 30 days from purchase date for domestic orders, and 45 days from purchase date for international orders. If 30 days have gone by since an item's purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for that item.

To complete your refund or exchange, Colchis Forge requires an original sales receipts or proof of purchase be included with the returned item. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in it's original packaging, intact and unused, and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items. Fees may apply if items are returned missing any materials or components.

 

All payments will be refunded or applied store credit upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, and may take 3 to 5 business days to process. Domestic customers will be mailed a return shipping label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
