Shipment Processing Time

​All orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

​Colchis Forge is not responsible for any customs fees associated with international deliveries. Please check with your local postal authorities concerning any customs regulations or duties that might be of note before completing your purchase.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

​Colchis Forge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation

​You will receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

​Shipment tracking is available upon request at the time of purchase. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of item's postmark date.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Once you have received confirmation of your order being shipped, please allow 14 business days for the arrival of domestic purchases and no less than 45 business days for international orders. Time for delivery on custom orders varies and will be discussed during negotiations. ​If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Damages

​Colchis Forge is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In the event that an item purchase form Colchis Forge arrives defective or not as depicted, please consult our Returns Policy.
